Episode 8Back in 2007 Daniel noticed his wedding ring no longer fitted him and his Aunt set off the alarm bells when, after not seeing him of six months, she noticed his changed and enlarged appearance. He was diagnosed with acromegaly - a rare and debilitating disease that causes abnormal enlargement of the skull, jaw, hands and feet.
